The MK-PT started as a Tele style body shape with classic Pensa MK specifications. Because it has a thinner body top, a wider selection of wood choices was available to us. This guitar was originally to be a one-off design but quickly became a player favorite. The MK-PT comes stock with a beautifully figured Claro Walnut top with Ivoroid binding over a Black Korina body, and neck topped off with a Macassar Ebony fingerboard. Lindy Fralin Custom Tele single-coil pickups, and a vintage Tele style bridge plate with Gotoh in-tune saddles come with the standard model.
